Costco Muffins

  • 1 box of cake mix ( White Duncan Hines is best for these)
  • 2 tbsp flour
  • 3 eggs
  • 2/3 cup milk
  • 1/3 cup vegetable oil
  • 1 tsp baking powder

Preheat oven to 375

Mix everything together, line a muffin tin with liners and fill with 3/4 full and bake 20 mins!

  • Poppy Seed Costco Muffins- Add in 1 tsp poppy seeds and 1 tsp almond extract
