- 1 lb ground chicken
- 1/2 tsp garlic powder
- 2 green onions ( chopped)
- 1/2 tsp onion powder
- 1 egg
- kosher salt/black pepper
- 3/4 cup Panko
In a medium bowl mix everything together until well combine
Take a mini cookie dough scoop , and scoop the meat mixture into even meatballs on a line cooking sheet
Preheat oven to 400. Once oven is ready , put meatballs in for about 10 mins ( or until brown)
Transfer to a crockpot and drench in buffalo sauce ( store bought is fine). Cook for 2 hours!
I wasn’t sure what to expect, but these were very good and not super spicy to me.
