- 1 tsp basil
- 1 bay leaf
- 2 carrots
- 2 stalks celery
- 2 cloves garlic
- 1/4 tsp oregano
- 1 tsp parsley
- 1 sweet onion
- 1/2 tsp thyme
- 1 14 oz can tomatoes
- 1 quart beef broth
- 3 tbsp tomato paste
- 1 tsp salt/pepper
- 2 tbsp olive oil
- 8 oz green beans ( frozen or canned)
- 1 bell pepper
- 1 pound ground beef
Brown your meat and drain, chop and dice all veggies and combine everything in a slow cooker
6 to 8 hours in a slow cooker on low!
