- 8 oz pasta ( spiral noodles are best)
- 1/2 green pepper; diced
- 1/2 red pepper; diced
- 1 1/2 cup cherry tomatoes; quartered
- 1 cup pizza mozzarella
- 1/2 cup red onion
- 1/2 black olives
- 1 1/4 cup mini pepperonis
- 1/4 cup parm cheese
- 2 tbsp fresh basil
Dressing
- 1/2 cup olive oil
- 1/4 cup red wine vinegar
- 1/2 tsp oregano
- 1/2 tsp garlic salt
- 1/4 tsp chili flakes
- salt/pepper
Cook pasta and cool, chop veggies until diced and bite size, make dressing. Combine everything in a large bowl and toss together, Serve about an hour after chilled. Garnish with basil/parm cheese
