Chili (Keto)

  • 2 cup beef broth
  • 1 lb ground beef
  • 1 lb sausage
  • 2 tsp garlic powder
  • 1/2 onion
  • 1/2 tsp dried oregano
  • 1 15 oz can tomatoes
  • 3 tbsp chili powder
  • 1 tbsp cocoa powder
  • 1 tbsp paprika
  • 1 tsp salt/pepper
  • 1 can rotel

Cook your beef and sausage until brown.

Chop your veggies and mix together all the spices in a small bowl

Combine everything in a slow cooker and cook 6 to 8 hours on low
