Red Velvet Blossoms

  • 1 box Red Velvet Cake Mix ( any brand or you can make your own)
  • 2 eggs
  • 1/2 cup vegetable oil
  • 1/2 cup sugar
  • 1 bag of Hersey Kisses ( any kind is fine)

Preheat oven to 325!

In a medium bowl, Mix the cake mix, oil , and eggs until well combined.

Take a mini cookie scoop (with a trigger release), and scoop dough into little balls, take the dough balls and roll them into the 1/2 cup filled bowl of sugar.

Place dough balls on a cookie sheet ( optional but you can use parchment paper also).

Bake at 325 for 7 to 9 mins

As soon as the cookies come out, place the Herseys kisses on the center and lightly push them in the cookie.

Let cool for about 5 mins then serve! These can be stored in a container for several days!
