Chicken Sandwiches

  • (3) Boneless Skinless Chicken Breast
  • 1 cup flour
  • 1 tbsp black pepper
  • 1 tbsp Kosher salt
  • 3/4 cup Panko
  • 6 Brioche Buns
  • Swiss Cheese
  • Optional* Buffalo Sauce
  • 2 eggs

Heat a deep pan up with vegetable oil ( enough for the chicken to be submerged in).

Slice breasts in half and salt/pepper them

Drench chicken in beat egg bath. Then cover in flour/panko mixture

Put into hot oil and fry for about 6 minutes ( 3 mins per side) .

Put on a plate with a paper towel to let the access oil fall onto.

Put the cheese on the chicken and then place onto bun! Add whatever else you would like!
