Bacon Jalapeno Deviled Eggs

  • 12 large eggs
  • 1 cup mayo
  • 1 1/2 tsp rice vinegar
  • 3/4 tsp ground mustard
  • 1/2 tsp sugar
  • 2 jalapenos seeded/chopped
  • 6 pcs of bacon ( cooked and crispy)
  • paprika

Boil water and put your eggs in for about 15 to 20 mins, pour into a bowl of ice and cold water and let eggs cool completely ( its just so much easier to peel if they are cold). Once eggs are peeled and halved, put all the yolks in a medium bowl. Mix everything but the jalapenos and bacon. Pipe filling in a Ziploc and fill the eggs. Garnish with bacon and jalapenos!
