Veggie Crescent Bites

  • 1 can Pillsbury crescent rolls
  • 4 oz cream cheese; softened
  • 1/2 cup sour cream
  • 1 tbsp fresh dill, chopped
  • 1 tbsp fresh chives, chopped
  • 2 cups assorted veggies ( broccoli, bell peppers, carrots, green onion and cucumber)

Preheat your oven according to the crescent roll package and lay out crescent in pan ( lightly greased). While that is baking, chop all your veggies and then make the cream. Blend the sour cream and cream cheese until combine, add the dill and chives. Frost the cooled crescent ring and then layer with the chopped veggies! Salt/Pepper is optional when finished!
