Peanut Butter Chaffles

  • 4 tbsp peanut butter
  • 2 eggs
  • 2 tbsp cream cheese
  • 2 tsp baking powder
  • 1/2 tsp vanilla
  • 2 tbsp sweetener

Soften cream cheese and peanut butter, beat together. Egg in each egg one at a time. Add in your vanilla and beat. Beat in sweetener.

Heat up your waffle iron and lightly spray it with cooking oil. Put 1 cup batter on iron and cook until iron indicates the chaffle is done. Remove. Serve with sugar free chocolate syrup!
