- Bacon ( 6 to 8 pcs cooked/crispy)
- 3 jalapenos ( diced/deseeded)
- 5 green onions ( chopped)
- Shredded Chicken ( 6 to 8 breasts in a slow cooker (6 hrs))
- 1 cup cheddar cheese
- 4 oz cream cheese
- 1/2 cup mayo
- salt/pepper
Cook your chicken in a slow cooker/ shred when done; salt and pepper. Chop and dice jalapenos, onions and cooked bacon. Blend cream cheese and mayo together. Mix everything together and fold in cheese. Add more salt and pepper to taste. Chill
