Fruit Pizza

  • 1 box cream cheese
  • 1/2 cup marshmallow creme
  • 1 tsp vanilla
  • 1/2 cup powdered sugar
  • 1 pkg sugar cookie mix
  • 1 egg
  • 1 stick butter ( softened)

Preheat oven according to sugar cookie mix ( Betty Crocker is the best), use the egg and soften butter to make the cookie. Take medium pizza pan and flatten the cookie out, then back per instructions.

While the cookie is baking, make the frosting. Beat the cream cheese and powdered sugar. Add in vanilla and marshmallow cream until combined. Let cookie cool once finished. Frost cookie and then assemble with berries and bananas however you would like!
