- 2 pounds ground beef
- 1 29 oz can tomato sauce
- 1 29 oz can kidney beans ( with liquid)
- 1 29 oz can pinto beans ( with liquid)
- 1 cup diced onion (1 medium,white)
- 1 can Rotel with green chilies
- 2 medium tomatoes
- 2 tsp cumin
- 1/4 cup diced celery ( 1 stalk)
- 3 tbsp chili powder
- 1 1/2 tsp black pepper
- 2 tsp salt
Brown your ground beef and drain. Dice up celery, tomatoes, and onion up. Dump everything into a slow cooker for 6 hours on high!
Turn to warm about 30 mins before serving!
Serve with cheese, sour cream, extra onions or all of the above!
