- 3/4 Cup Key Lime Juice ( Freshly Squeezed)
- 14 oz can Sweetened Condensed Milk
- 8 oz container of Cool Whip
- 8 oz Cream Cheese
- 1/2 stick Butter ( unsalted and melted)
- 1 sleeve of Honey Graham Crackers ( crumbs; use blender)
It’s easiest to start with your crust! Take your crumbled graham crackers and mix with melted butter! Set aside; Cream the cream cheese until smooth using a mixer ( hand or stand). Add the condensed milk, mix until smooth. Add in the key lime juice and mix until smooth. Fold in thawed out cool whip to the cream cheese mix! Use Silicone cupcake liners and put batter 3/4 of way full in each. Top with graham cracker mix and put in freezer for 4 hours or until set!
Serve with whipped topping and a key lime slice!
