- 1 pound ground beef
- 3 tbsp chili powder
- garlic salt; to taste
- 2 cans cream of chicken soup
- 1 can cheddar cheese soup
- 1 tsp cumin
- 1 tsp oregano
- shredded lettuce
- chopped tomatoes/onions
- cheddar cheese
- tortillas
- 1 can of water
Brown the ground beef and drain the fat. Add in chili powder and garlic salt. In a saucepan combined soups, water, cumin, and oregano.
Simmer 30 mins. Stir often, then stir in half the sauce into the meat. Set rest of sauce aside
Assemble- meat on tortilla, layer with lettuce, tomatoes, onions, cheese.
Roll up the Tacoritos and put in a greased baking pan
Top with remaining sauce and bake 350 for 15 to 20 mins
