- 4 to 5 pounds Yukon Potatoes
- 3/4 cup heavy cream
- 4 tbsp unsalted butter
- salt/pepper
Peel and cube potatoes. In a large pot boil water and a little bit of salt. Cook potatoes until tender ( about 25 mins), drain water. Blend with a hand mixer, the cream, butter , salt and pepper until creamy and no lumps are left.
