- 4 cups mini pretzels
- 6 tbsp butter; melted
- 1/4 cup sugar
- 3/4 cup boiling water
- 1 pkg strawberry gelatin
- 1/4 cup lemon juice
- 1 lb fresh strawberries ; huled; divided
- 2 cup heavy whipping cream
- 1 jar marshmallow creme
- 2/3 cup whipped cream cheese
- 2/3 cup sweetened condensed milk
Grind up pretzels 1st to make the crust. After pretzels are crumbs, mix in the sugar and butter until well combine. Flatten out crust in 9in springform pan. Reserve 1/3 cup of the pretzel mixture for the topping. Put in fridge for 30 mins
Boil water and add in the gelatin. Stir until dissolved and add in the lemon juice. Mix well. Put in fridge and mix occasionally for 30 mins.
Chop 1/2 of the strawberries. In a large bowl beat 1 cup cream until stiff peaks form. Beat the marshmallow creme, cream cheese, sweet condensed milk into cooled jello. Fold in berries and whipped cream. Pour into crust. Cover and put in fridge for 4 to 6 hours ( or overnight)
Beat the last cup of cream till stiff peaks form. Spread on top of pie. Garnish with remainder 1/3 cup pretzel mixture and berries! Chill after serving
