Mcgriddles

  • Milk
  • salt/pepper
  • sliced American cheese ( Kraft is fine)
  • syrup

Pancakes- on a griddle set to medium heat and lightly spray with cooking spray. Spray 6 pancake molds ( I found mine on Amazon 4 pk for 9.99). Make the batter per the directions and pour into the molds. While cake is cooking, squeeze in syrup into the molds! Cook on both sides!

Sausage – Cook all patties according to package

Eggs- In a large bowl crack 12 eggs, add 1 tsp of salt and black pepper, and a splash of milk and whisk until all combine. Use the pancake molds for these also!

Assemble the sandwich. Take 2 pancakes and use as “buns”, layer with the sausage, cheese and top with other pancake. Serve or freeze! ( Use freezer safe Ziplocs!)
