- 6 tbsp butter
- 1 bag ( 21oz) mini marshmallows
- 8 1/4 cup Golden Grahams
- 3/4 cup semi sweet chocolate chips
Melt butter in pot over medium heat, mix in marshmallows until all melted. Mix in Golden Grahams until all evenly coated. Use wax paper to press bars down into pan to better mold and keep hands clean. Melt chocolate in the microwave in 30 sec increments, add a little oil ( like 1/2 tsp) to help melt it better. Take chocolate and drizzle across bars and add some crushed up graham crackers and more marshmallows to garnish. Let set for about 20 mins before cutting!
